A Soul Rejuvenation Session is a one time session during which I channel a message from an Archangel or Ascended Master which is designed to reconnect you to your soul's purpose and your highest creative gifts. After the channel is complete, we work together during the rest of the session to create practical next steps for you to be empowered to bring your gifts to fruition.
You may choose at some point to enter a coaching relationship for further support, but the intention is that a Soul Rejuvenation Session can be a stand-alone service, available to anyone with no further expectation from me. $150 for a 50 minute telephone session

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
The coach’s job is also to create a safe space for the client to explore the outer limits of his or her own magnificence. What would life look like if you broke through your limiting beliefs, refused to put up with tolerations and aggravations, and decided to live your life according to your deepest desires and passions? A coach helps you live YOUR life, not someone else’s version of your life. In turn, the client’s job is to be open to possibilities, totally honest with his/herself, and willing to explore different ways of approaching life’s challenges and joys.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life Force Energy”. It is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that can be applied hands-on or long distance. Reiki works on all bodies: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Johanna uses Reiki to create a sacred space for you, the client, to feel as comfortable and safe as possible throughout your coaching. It is important to note that Reiki can never be used in a negative way, used to manipulate a person’s free will, or used to push a person farther or faster than they are ready to go.
A Channel is someone who merges with a higher energy, and allows the higher energy to speak through them. When I am in my channel state, the words come through me rather than from me. The Being I am channeling is always identified, and I am very intentional about the purity of the energy I channel. I am not a Medium, so I do not channel loved ones who have passed. I specialize in working with Archangels, Ascended Masters, and the Divine Mother. I have been a writing channel since 2001 and recently completed some intensive training with Qala Sri'ama Phoenix (www.g-a-i-a.com) that empowered me to become a fully embodied speaking channel.
Intuitive healing is a blend of modalities including Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy, sound healing, and guided visualizations. Johanna uses her intuitive abilities to discern what will be most beneficial to you in any given session. Often we can talk our way through problems or issues in our lives and clear them from our mind, but the issues can leave their mark on our energetic body. These marks act as magnets, pulling similar experiences into our field over and over. This prevents a person from truly healing and moving beyond the trauma. Intuitive healing can clear the auric, or energetic, body of past traumas and negative patterns. Using intuitive healing along with coaching enables clients to move through blocks more quickly and become more clear about what they wish to attract.
I offer one-on-one coaching, 2 to 3 times a month, over the phone. I use a unique blend of traditional coaching, Reiki and intuitive healing, which will vary from session to session depending on your needs. In addition to our scheduled calls, clients have access to me via email and occasional short calls in between sessions when necessary.
Cost: $250-350 a month, with some scholarships available.
I also offer live workshops and teleclasses for those who want an introduction to the work I do, or a refresher course. My individual clients are invited to my workshops and teleclasses at 50% off the posted tuition.
